We have a zero tollerance spam pollicy.

SPAM
As stated above, CGISpy.com has a Zero SPAM Policy. All mailing lists or email gathering scripts/tools we offer use a double opt in confirmation system, as well as offer an opt out removal system. Any user found to be using our service for SPAM will be removed and possibly fined up to $500 per email address by authorities.

Storage Space Abuse
Any account found to be in excess of 25 megs in server space will be removed and possibly fined.

Payment Terms
This is a free service provided that our advertisements are found on all user pages.

Membership
If you currently run a remote CGI hosting service or plan to run a remote CGI hosting service in the future, you cannot open up an account at CGISpy.com.

Script Suspensions
CGISpy.com reserves the right at any given time to remove / disable scripts without explaining it to our users. If script abuse is high and it is compromising the safety of our members and CGISpy.com, it will be removed and reviewed whether it can be made safe, if not it will be removed.

Questions and Terms Changes
